- No claims must be filed during this timeframe

For cancellations beyond the grace period:
- Refunds calculated proportionally based on unused coverage
- Processing fees may be deducted
- No refund available if claims have been settled
- Minimum retention charges may apply
3. Processing Timeline
Approved refunds are processed:
- Within 15-30 business days following approval
- Via the original payment method
- Additional bank processing may take 3-7 business days
4. Non-Eligible Situations
Refunds are not available when:
- Policy terminated due to premium non-payment
- Policy voided due to fraudulent information
- Claims have been processed and paid
- Policy coverage has expired
5. Refund Request Process
To initiate a refund:
- Submit written cancellation notice
- Include policy number and cancellation reason
- Provide banking details for refund processing
- Submit supporting documentation as required
6. Partial Refund Scenarios
Partial refunds may be issued for:
- Policy adjustments or coverage reductions
- Premium overpayments
- Duplicate payment transactions
7. Renewal Period Refunds
Cancellation within 15 days of renewal:
- Full renewal premium refund available
- No claims filed during renewal period
- Original policy period remains valid
